Description: Bread made using a natural starter and longer fermentation process, which gives a distinctive flavour.

Ingredients: Strong White, Wholemeal & Rye Flour (Wheat Flour, Wheat Gluten, with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin & Thiamin, Rye Flour), Sour Dough Starter (White Wheat Flour & Water), Water & Salt.

Allergy Advice: For allergens see ingredients in bold above. Produced on a premises which handles Gluten, Eggs, Milk, Mustard, Peanuts & Mixed Nuts, Sesame & Lupin Seeds, Celery & Celeriac, Soya, Sulphur Dioxide & Sulphites.

Freeze: Suitable to freeze. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Use within one month.
