Smoked Duck Breast




For meats, slow growing Scottish wood provides a delicate smokiness that brings out the best in chicken, duck and bacon for a succulent and subtle flavour.

We use local, plump scottish duck breasts, of known provenance which are hot smoked to be moist and tender.
